Ningbo Yinzhou Hu axing Die Csting Factory is an exclusively funded private business specialized in designing, processing and manufacturing zinc and aluminum die castings and pressure casting dies. Established in 1993, the factory is located in the Private lndustrial Zone of Qiu’ai in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, adjacent to Beilun Port in the east,with the scenic Dongqian Lake in the south, Gkm distance to the center ofNingbo City in the west, adjoining Ningbo Science & Technology Zone in the north, and only half hour’s drive to Ningbo Lishe Airport and Ningbo Railway Station. The transportation is convenient and the geographic location is advantaged.
Through more than ten years’pioneering work, the enterprise has attained certain scale.
At present ,it has more than one hundred employees including more than 20 engineers and technicians. The factory covers a total area of 5,000 mwith plant building covers 4,000 odd m,The fixed assets reach 800 odd million yuan and the consumption of zinc and aluminum reach 500 odd tons. The factory owns nearly ten sets of cold and hot chamber die casting machines (hot chamber: 100 ton, 68 ton, 40 ton and 25 ton; cold chamber:180 ton and 63 ton), which may process zinc and aluminum die-castings with unit weight reaching more than 2,000g, A majonty of products are processed according to drawings from foreign clients and exported to European and American markets.
